Springfield Retail Store Manager - Posted May 15, 2010
Von Bargen’s is seeking a focused, enthusiastic and sophisticated individual with a sincere appreciation for fine jewelry and fashion to be our retail store manager in our Springfield, Vermont location.
We are looking for an applicant who can collaborate with the Springfield team to manage a successful and growing retail store.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: client cultivation, inventory analysis and guidance, merchandising, store maintenance, management of part time sales associate(s), administrative tasks and opening & closing the store.
This is a full time position requiring 5 (and sometimes 6) days of work and 40-50 hours per week. Saturdays are required but no Sundays. The position offers a competitive salary, 401k, health care, paid vacation and employee discounts.
