Each piece of Von Bargens jewelry is backed by a full Lifetime Warranty against defects in material or workmanship. Von Bargens Jewelry will repair or replace, at our discretion, any piece of jewelry that is determined to be defective in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.
Legacy Diamond Upgrade
Upgrade the Legacy diamond in any Von Bargens ring, earrings, pendant or necklace, at any time, and receive the full purchase price of the original Legacy diamond as a credit toward your new diamond.
Unlimited Cleaning & Inspection
Enjoy unlimited cleanings and inspections for the lifetime of your jewelry purchased at Von Bargens.
Von Bargen's Extended Warranties
To ensure the lasting beauty and value of your Von Bargen's Jewelry, we are pleased to offer a complimentry 1-year Warranty.
Extended Warranty Options are available at a nominal cost, covering a variety of additional services.
Our Extended Warranty options are available in 3-year, 5-year and Lifetime terms for just 3%, 5% or 10% of the purchase price (or our current appraised value) respectively. Please note the following minumum charges for Warranty programs:
Minimum Charge for 3Yr plan = $100
Minimum Charge for 5Yr plan = $150
Minimum Charge for Liftetime = $250

Quoted price must be advertised to general public and cannot come in the form of a handwritten note. This offer does not apply to Von Bargens custom work, special orders or repairs. Due to the complexity of our jewelry, Von Bargens reserves the right to disqualify certain purchases due to reasons such as pricing errors, outdated pricing and going out of business sales.

Website Return Policy

* On-line Returns allowed up to 20 Days
* Store credit only after 14 days
* Custom or special orders are non-refundable
* Shipping and Handling are non-refundable
* Any item that is not in-stock is a special order
You may return an in-stock item for a full credit within fourteen days from the date of purchase. You may return any in-stock item for store credit within twenty days from the date of purchase. Special order purchases are not returnable. Deposits on layaways or special orders are non-refundable and can only be used as a store credit. Any item returned must not be worn, scratched, custom sized or engraved.
Please mail your item back to Von Bargen's insured and for security purposes do not write jewelry on the package.

Items shipped via Free Shipping are shipped via US Insured Mail and do not have a traceable tracking number. Typical delivery time frames for US Insured Mail are 3-10 business days. If your package does not arrive after 10 days we will post an inquiry with the post office. *Shipping is not free for any potential orders outside the U.S.A.
