Return Policy
Summary:
* Returns allowed up to 20 Days
* Store credit only after 14 days
* Custom or special orders are non-refundable
* Shipping and Handling are non-refundable
* Any item that is not in-stock is a special order
You may return an in-stock item for a full credit within fourteen days from the date of purchase. You may return any in-stock item for store credit within twenty days from the date of purchase. Special order purchases are not returnable. Deposits on layaways or special orders are non-refundable and can only be used as a store credit. Any item returned must not be worn, scratched, custom sized or engraved.
Please mail your item back to Von Bargen's insured and for security purposes do not write jewelry on the package.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from 11/26 until 12/25 maybe returned for full credit if returned by January 8th 2008. All other elements of the return policy apply.
A note on Free Shipping
Items shipped via Free Shipping are shipped via US Insured Mail and do not have a traceable tracking number. Typical delivery time frames for US Insured Mail are 3-10 business days. If your package does not arrive after 10 days we will post an inquiry with the post office.
